ZTA Former Chief Executive Karikoga Kaseke Dies
Cde Kaseke suffered a stroke in 2018 which forced him to retire from ZTA on health grounds.
Former Chief Executive Officer of the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA), Cde Karikoga Kaseke, has passed away at the age of 62. His wife, Mrs. Irene Kaseke, confirmed that he died at a local hospital in Harare, where he had been admitted due to deteriorating health.
Cde Kaseke’s health had been a concern since he suffered a stroke in 2018, which led to his retirement from ZTA on medical grounds. His sister, Mrs. Hazvinei Kaseke-Nyamupinga, expressed deep sorrow, describing him as a brother and protector known for his role as a unifier in their family.
Mourners have gathered at number 38 Boscobel Drive West, Highlands in Harare to pay their respects to the late Cde Karikoga Kaseke.
