Harare- DUE to volatility in the market and economic gymnastics in the country, ZIMSWITCH Instant Payment Interchange Technology) (ZIPIT) has made an upward review of one to one transaction effective Thursday, Express Mail Zim can report.
In a notice released Thursday the review is from ZWL 400 000 to ZWL 3 million with a monthly limit of ZWL 10million.
“Essentially, a person can transact ZWL 3million per transaction guided by the maximum monthly limit of ZWL10 million, ” read part of the notice.
ZIPIT is a platform that enables instant inter-bank funds transfers between ZIMSWITCH member institutions including banks and wallets connected to the ZIMSWITCH network.
The county has been going down the rabbit hole through a raft of new economic measures that has confused many a citizen.
