Zed’s lawyer Lunga sucked in home-wrecking storm, threatens to take Lumumba to the cleaners

Harare- TOP corporate lawyer and legal counsel for Innscor Africa co-founder Zinona Koudanaris (affectionally known as Zed ) Zweli Lunga has threatened to take controversial businessman Acie Lumumba to the cleaners for injuring his reputation,Express Mail Zim can report.

The media shy lawyer and businessman has instructed his lawyers to ask Lumumba to retract a statement in which he fingered him as one of the people who were having an affair with his estranged wife Lillian Madyara popularly known as Hollywood Lee .

Lumumba made the sensational claims on Facebook and alleged that Lunga betrayed him and sneaked in his bedroom yet the two have long business relationship of more than a decade.

He claims that his wife Hollywood Lee made a confession to that effect taking advantage of his medical condition.

Through his lawyers, Lunga said the relationship between himself and Lumumba’s wife is/was purely proffesional and had no tincture of romantic or intimate attachment.

“We hasten to point out that your post which was written as a letter to your friends which you posted on your Facebook page has bad a wider coverage beyond Facebook, Instagram and Twitter as the same has been shared via popular social media applications like WhatsApp.

“It is our client’s view that the statement that you published on Facebook page is defamatory.

“We advise you that if you had done your investigation well, you would have discovered that our client is a faithful and happily married man who has no time to indulge in extramarital affairs, more so, with a married lady,” wrote the lawyers.

The bankrupt Lumumba further alleged that he is been denied access to the couple’s child whom he once displayed on billboards as a public display of affection (PDA).

Conspiracy theories suggests that Lumumba is making a desparate attempt to get public sympathy since he is swimming in debt owing to fuel that was paid ito him in advance.
