Zanu PF MP Mananzva in land grab storm, allegedly parcelled out land to Chinese investors
The Second Republic led by President Mnangagwa is on record for pledging to regularise various settlements in Zvimba East constituency amid revelations that many were swindled by land barons to settle illegally.
Zvimba- ZVIMBA East Member of Parliament KUDAKWASHE Decide Mananzva is embroiled in a land dispute with Snake Park residents in his constituency where he is alleged to have decided to illegally parcelled out land to Chinese investors.
Investigations by Express Mail Zim established that the Zanu PF legislator sold the land located between Snake Park and Webster Shamu (alias Charles Ndlovu) owned service station Webcon.
“Mananzva demolished structures belonging to small scale businesspeople who occupied land owned by Nssa and claimed that he was the bona-fide owner of the land.
” He went on to sell the land to some Chinese guys and evicted people.
“Intrestingly, when he assumed office he promised to help youths and people who were displaced by Eddies Pfugari properties.
” He moves around with a gang comprised of the Mubaiwa brothers led by one Nathan and is in the habit of name dropping, claiming to have protection from high offices,” said one of our multiple sources who preferred anonymity.
During his campaign, he was backed by Defence minister Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri and Tinoda Machakaire.
It was further averred that these victims pay rentals and some even paid prices of up to USD 5000 to acquire the land in question.

Mananzva poured cold water on the allegations and distanced himself from the shenanigans.
“I am not aware of that development and in any case I don’t parcel out or sell land.
