USA- MULTI award actor Will Smith has last week shelled USD11 million on property for his wife Jada Pinket Smith.
The couple currently own at least eight properties across the the US .
However, celebrity power couple Will and Jada Pinkett Smith continue to add to their collection, shelling out $11.3 million for a large estate in Hidden Hills — a guard-gated community that is home to celebrities such as Drake and Kaley Cuoco, Kylie Jenner, and Jeffree Star.
The listing for the two-story home with over 10,000 square feet of living space describes it as a “Napa Modern” residence and notes that it was constructed last year on speculative grounds. The estate, which will be finished in early 2020 and was constructed speculatively, has been on the market since June of last year; the Smiths obtained the keys for a nearly $1 million discount off the original $12.2 million asking price.
