Weekly Devotion: Try God!!

Elevation, success and every good thing comes from God. It doesn’t come from skimming, conniving or bribery but God has the power to make all things easier, better and greater for You.
God loves humility, he loves everyone unconditionally but yet we still decide to give our worries to wrong people and end up making wrong decisions, friendships and even relationships. Be sober, be vigilant, watch and pray, don’t slumber, the devil is after you and he knows that his time is limited and he want to destroy you.
Stand firm in faith, Build your faith until it becomes strong, do not be easily shaken by challenges and troubles we face as a result of not trusting God’s process. He has greater plans and greater things are coming, be ready and expectant for massive blessings and restoration, He is not yet done with You.
1 Peter 5:
6. So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor.
7. Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.
8. Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.
9. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believers all over the world is going through the same kind of suffering you are.
10. In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.
“You are the head and not the tail”, A powerful declaration that is a biblical principal found in Deuteronomy 28 :13
This verse emphasizes God’s desire to bless and prosper his people, making us leaders and not followers, successes and not failures. It’s a reminder that:
“You have authority and influence”
“You are destined for greatness”
“You will rise above challenges and circumstances”
“You will be a leader and a blessing to others”
Remember,
this principle is conditional upon following God’s commands. As you align yourself with his will, you can confidently declare, “I am the head and not the tail!”

Try Fasting,
Anything that has to do with God works!!! Even at your lowest, faithless moments, give it all to God, the Author, Creator, Provider, he cares for You.
Be convinced even as you read this article that God is already changing your situation and making you greater.
James 5 : 13
“Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing Praise. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over Him. Anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.”
Nothing is too hard for the Lord. He can do all things.
