Top photojournalist Mhetu dies
Harare- AWARD winning photojournalist and arts enthusiast Idah Mhetu ha died.
She was aged 35.
Mhetu had a decorated career which saw her cutting her teeth as an arts reporter at Associated Newspapers and later moved to the national broadcaster where she served with pride.
She is the one behind most of the exclusive images published by the national broadcaster.
She died after a short illness after complaining of a headache soon after covering the Zanu PF primary elections, according to her inner circle .
She was single and is not survived with any known child.
She attended Christ Ministries College and attained a media degree at the Midlands State University where she graduated in 2015.
Details of the funeral arrangements have not yet been divulged.
