Tinmac consoles, donates to Wedza murder victims’ families
Wedza- THE horrendous triple murder committed last week has shaken Wedza villagers and the nation at large.
When three families were mourning the death of their three loved ones, the killer Jaison Muvevi was playing antics at the Harare Magistrates’ court where he displayed seeming callous theatrics including laughing at cops and mocking journalists on his way out of court back to detention .
Touched by the plight and disaster that struck his subjects, Hwedza South Member of Parliament and Deputy minister of Youth Affairs Tinoda Machakaire (Tinmac) stepped in to assist the families of the deceased Tinashe Majanhi,Crispin Kanerusine(Apostolic Sect Leader) and Maxwell Hove,Officer In Charge Hwedza.
He also ensured that the killer’s family was present in a peace and tranquil environment in line with Ubuntuisim.
He donated an assortment of groceries and engaged the service of Nyaradzo Funeral as undertakers.
Express Mail Zim crew was present to witness and capture Kodak moments in a sombre moment where one could easily cut the tension with a knife.
Eulogies after eulogies were delivered and it was clear that thief thy name is death.
Speakers expressed shock at the behaviour of a son who grew up in the area, described as humble kid who actually went to the same shrine where he shot the leader in cold blood.
The gunman was arrested in Mozambique and he was at the Harare Magistrates Court where the magistrate granted police warrant of further detention and he will be back in court in January 20.
