Protests against sanctions

Demonstrations and protests against sanctions were held in major cities across yesterday October 25, a day which marks two decades since sanctions were imposed by the US and European Union.
The protesters wielded placards and sang songs denouncing sanctions marching to Africa Unity Square.
Citizens Against Economic Sanctions Zimbabwe an organization led by patriotic citizens also calls the removal of unjustified illegal economic sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe.
Minister of Youth Empowerment Development and Vocational training Tino Machakaire said, “Sanctions are stealing from the youths who are the future “.
The Zimbabwe Anti Sanctions Trust presented its petition to the 10th parliament in support of SADC’s position against the illegal sanctions.
