Police take back cop killer Muvevi to Hwedza for indications before formal charges
Hwedza- INCARCARATED former CID officer and cop killer Jaison Muvevi has been taken back to Hwedza by police Thursday where police want him to make indications at the alleged crime scenes before pressing formally preferred charges against him , Express Mail Zim can report.
When Muvevi appeared at the Harare Magistrates court, presiding magistrate Dennis Mangosi granted police a warrant of further detention and to give them ample time to exhaust investigations.
His lawyer Samuel Dzingira had prayed that his client be sent to jail as opposed to further, detention
Mangosi however quashed the prayer.
Muvevi is expected back on court Friday for his initial remand.
