Moza authorities deports cop killer Muvevi, throw away gun possession charge
Mutare- COP killer Jaison Muvevi who brutally murdered three people has been extradited to the country after Mozambican authorities made a climbdown and decided to set aside the illegal gun possession charges and preferred violation of immigration laws .
At the time of writing he was detained at Mutare CID enroute to Marondera.
The seemingly unremorseful triple killer was pictured at the station smiling unregretably.
The former cop commited the macabre murder in Wedza last Friday and was caught in Mozambique after initially outwitting police in Rusape.
He went ahead to Mutare Boys High where he wanted food and made a futile attempt to shoot the caretaker’s son.
His extradition is testimony of cordial diplomatic relations between Harare and Maputo.
The relationship goes back to the liberation struggle.
