Minister Munzverengi’s obselete car battery exposes Martin Rushwaya

top civil servants and acting in complete negation of his mandated duties.

The incident that torched a spark was Appolonia Munzverengi’s vehicle had a faulty car battery that had to be’ jumped’ by Tatenda Mavetere in Mt Darwin on Uhuru Day.

The development embarrassed the Government with analysts accusing Rushwaya of neglecting to procure equipment that takes care of the proper welfare of officials .
