Just In: Supreme Court to hear Tyson’s matter of appeal on Thursday
Harare- THE matter where Independent Presidential aspirant Saviour Kasukuwere is seeking to overturn the High Court ruling by J Mangota barring him from running for president will be heard on July 20 and according to his chief election agent Jacqueline Sande they are set to file his appeal Wednesday before lunch time.
The matter will then be heard on the next day.
This follows the application by perceived Zanu PF member Lovedale Mangwana challenging the legality of Kasukuwere’s candidature citing the Electoral Act.
