Chegutu- CONTROVERSIAL Chegutu town clerk, Jacob Chikuruwo, has been arrested Thursday morning Express Mail Zim has learnt.
He is scheduled to appear in court Friday facing charges of abuse of office related to the unlawful allocation of land where the Chegutu Mall was built.
Chikuruwo is also reportedly the mastermind behind a questionable vehicle loan scheme for the city’s middle management, despite ordinary workers going without salaries.
