Harare – Simbisa Brands owned cash transfer agency, InnBucks on Wednesday introduced a one percent cash withdrawal fee to cash transactions, Express Mail Zim can report.
In a message sent to thousands of it’s clients InnBucks said clients will be charged a one percent fee on cash withdrawals.
“Please note from 4/12/24 our business conditions now include a 1% cash withdrawal fee.The rest of your transactions continue to be covered by just $1/month,” InnBucks said in a message to it’s customers.
The new withdrawal fee comes just months when InnBucks introduced a one dollar a month fee for all transactions in June.
InnBucks did not give any reasons to it’s customers for introducing the one percent withdrawal fee per transaction despite advertising in earlier months that it will not put extra charges from the one dollar a month fee.
InnBucks customers are able to withdraw cash from various Innscor food outlets that include Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn and Bakers Inn across the country.
Customers can also transfer money to InnBucks from banks such Stanbic, CABS, FBC, POSB O’Mari and MyCash.
