Incoming ZYI chairperson spells out manifesto, plans to permeate borders

The organisation is made up of young and progressive citizens playing their part in the national development agenda.

Harare- THE Zimbabwe Young Influencers’ incoming  chairperson Hellen Mutizamhepo has spelt  out her plans to propel the organisation to dizzy heights.

Mutizamhepo took over from founding trustee and Zanu PF councillor for Uzumba Fagio Zvondai Marowa who is now in the elders council of the organisation.

In an interview,Mutizamhepo said she feels humbled to be appointed as the Chairperson of Zimbabwe Young Influencers.

“This role does carry a heavy undertone of responsibility and with the executive team on board, the organisation is in safe hands.

“The previous leadership laid a formidable robust vision and mission and worked tirelessly to drive and strengthen the organization. I would like to appreciate them because they already created a strong foundation that I shall only amplify,” she said.

Adding:

“I believe together with the executive team including the esteemed members of ZYI, we can create impactful initiatives that inspire various comminities in Zimbabwe.

“I see the potential of ZYI not only in provinces across Zimbabwe. We want to be inclusive and take the organisation beyond borders. ”

She called upon the members to work collabiratively and collectively to harness the ability and potential of young minds towards positive change.

The organisation has a diverse membership drawing people from accross different sectors.
