HCC employees drop tools, sleep in at Belvedere offices

Harare-EMPLOYEES at Harare City Council (HCC) have on Tuesday dropped tools and staged in a sleep in industrial action at the Traffic and Works site in Harare
All departments are partaking in the sleep in: Harare Water,
Road Traffic and Works and many more still mobilising themselves to join in the industrial action.
Information privy to Express Mail Zim points to the fact that HCC was scheduled to have a full Council meeting and thus the timing other action.
Over and above the meagre salaries , the worker site the need for protective clothing(PPE )in the sectors that they work in.
