Harare young influencer Jackie Ngarande turns 31

Harare- ALLURING Harare socialite and model Jackie Ngarande has turned a year older today , ironically after few months after contemplating suicide.

The Rusape born free spirited belle and young influencer turned 31 and congratulatory messages poured in on social media from people from all walks of life.

“Congratulations to Ms Jackie, keep influencing,” said Zanu PF councilor Faggy Networks director Fagio Marowa.

Jackie has embarked on several philanthropic works including the famous mobile High Tea where she fed underprivileged people.

Like any other individual, Jackie has had her highs and lows which has seen her being treated for depression, anxiety after confessing that she had been in a toxic situation for a long time.

Jackie has also authored a book on mental health, a challenge that has become a new scourge in the country.

Mental health challenges have become the new scourge in the country forcing experts like Dixon Chibanda to start groups like The Friendship Bench and Falling Walls intervention measures.

Sibanda is a professor of Psychiatry and Public Health at the University of Zimbabwe, Associate Professor of Global Mental Health at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and Director of the African Mental Health Research Initiative (AMARI).
