Good morning Morocco: Zimbabwe qualifies for Afcon 2025

Polokwane – ZIMBABWE Warriors have ‘date-stamped’ their participation at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations to be held in Morocco late next year after a one all draw with Kenya in a Group J tie held at the Peter Mokaba Stadium Friday evening .

Warriors opened the score sheet in the 34th minute with a skillful display from Tawanda Maswanhise who dribbled past Harambee Stars defender and hit the back of the net.

The Harambee Stars equalised in the 52nd minute through Michael Ayunga who punished Takwara’s complacency as a centre back.
