Bulawayo- FORMER Bulawayo mayor and special adviser to the president on disability issues Joshua Malinga has died.
He was 79.
The wheel chair bound long time serving Zanu PF politburo member succumbed to prostrate cancer.
The family confirmed the death but yet to announce funeral arrangements.
