Harare- THE video of a young learner smoking marijuana has gone viral and raised concern among citizens in the face of rampant drug abuse by youths.

Councillor Denford Ngadziore positively identified the learner as a Mabelreign Girls High form 1 student from Westlea.

This is a national crisis and as a responsible media house, Express Mail Zim is appealing to members of the public to identify the man in the video so that he faces the full wrath of the law.
