Lately, there were allegations of a new wave of land invasions in the capital said to be a ploy by the ruling party to dangle land to their apologists.
Ngadziore has raised concern over the influx of alleged ruling party-linked barons in the capital.
“The people need a leader like me , I have been fighting land barons who have been invading wetlands on my personal capacity,” he said .
“I am happy that the government is now in support of fighting land and space barons and will make sure culprits rot in jail,” Ngadziore said.
He emphasized that he is not going to sleep until his ward comes to order.
“I will fulfil my promise like I always do. You understand that we have been experiencing prevalent accidents along Bloomingdale and I am going to install speed humps.
“In Sanganai Inn along Nyamutswa Drive in Tynwald road we are also going to install speed humps to reduce accidents,” he said.
Apart from speed humps , Ngadziore has secured land for a community hall and community clinic for Westlea residents and is going to modernise the Malberiegn market.
Residents associations who spoke to this publication weighed in behind Ngadziore and said he is a “people”s person”.
“The young man listens to residents’ needs and also pushes for developmental projects,” said a residents association representative.
