Beauty and the Beast: Suspected triple murderer Muvevi’s wife comes to court in solidarity
Harare- IN an episode that mirrors ‘endless love’, suspected killer Jaison Muvevi’s wife was part of the relatives who came to the Harare Magistrates Court to support her husband.
This is probably the first time for her to physically set her eyes on him exactly seven days after he ran amok and killed three people on the dreadful date of Friday the 13th.
Clad in a long peach coloured dress, she shyed away from the long lenses of the paparazzi, probably feeling uncomfortable for the world to see the face of a beautiful wife of a man who many a citizen have labelled a monster!
This come after his ugly crime in Wedza which left three people dead and one injured.
The wife(name unknown) had come to give her husband a shoulder to lean on , unfortunately the dock was too far a distance for that to happen.
Several images of the couple getting lovey-dovey and holding hands like lovers do were all over social media in the past week.
The scene was bitter-sweet!
Meanwhile, when Muvevi briefly appeared before Harare magistrate Tafadzwa Miti it emerged that he was also responsible for another murder committed on November 19 2021 where he fatally shot a gold dealer in Harare after a deal had gone bad.
He shot him in the head in a manner that seems to be his obsession.
The court heard that the deceased was in the company of one Nyasha Eusen who was thrown into the infamous Toyota Allion but Eusen managed to escape.
Muvevi is therefore facing four murder counts and two attempted murder charges.
He was remanded in custody to February 6 after being advised to seek bail at the High Court.
