Nasser Youth Movement Hosted by Egyptian Consul in Venezuela

Venezuela – IN a gesture of goodwill and cultural exchange, the Egyptian Consul in Venezuela, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab, this week hosted a dinner in honor of the Egyptian youth delegation, including members of the Nasser Youth Movement.

The delegation is participating in the World Festival of Youth and Students Against Fascism.

During the event, Consul Abdel Wahab offered valuable advice on how to maximize the benefits of the conference, emphasising the importance of building cultural bridges and fostering dialogue with Venezuelan youth.
Discussions also focused on strengthening cooperation between Egypt and Venezuela through academic and cultural exchange.

The Egyptian delegation participated in the national march celebrating Venezuelan Student Day, which drew thousands of Venezuelan students and youth representatives from around the globe.

The delegation included notable figures such as Dr. Mohamed Ezz, Bahaa El-Din Ahmed, and journalist Mohamed Gamal.

Mr Hassan Ghazaly, founder of Nasser Youth Movement, highlighted the conference’s significance in promoting solidarity among Global South youth.

He emphasised the movement’s interest in Afro-Latin and Arab-Latin dimensions, fostering cultural and political dialogue among diverse youth backgrounds.

Ghazaly stressed the pivotal role of student movements in the Global South, driving global resistance against colonialism and promoting social justice and national sovereignty.
