Harare- Controversial Chinese phoney investor Li Song and her son Haoxuan have been finally deported after spirited attempts to avoid leaving Zimbabwe, Express Mail Zim can report.

This publication understands that the alleged mafioso duo was deported under Terrorism Act and were escorted by Anti- Terrorism personell to 0Beijing .

“Its a big sigh of relief, this lady was looting our resources.

” I had to personally witness their deportation and they were on a flight that left Harare at 11. 00 hours on Thursday,”said one of our multiple sources.

Last week, Song challenged his deportation on basis that the State violated his constitutional rights.

In his urgent chamber application, Song submitted that he has been in Zimbabwe since 2004 when he was four years old after being granted permanent residence status by the chief director for immigration.

He submitted that he is a director and sole shareholder of Msasa Shoe factory in which he had invested US$3 million and also a director of Msasa ‘Textile (Private) Limited which was set up in the year 2020.

He further submitted that he had not been served with any document requiring him to leave Zimbabwe since he knew that he had been in the country lawfully and followed the conditions upon which his permanent resident permit was granted.

He said on September 13 early in the morning he learnt that officers from the immigration were camped outside his house and he called his lawyers who then attended and ushered the officers into the house.

He further submitted that the officers were looking for his evasive mother Li Song but she was not at home and the officers searched the house and could not find her.

She has a reputation of slipping authorities after her ‘annointing’ by self exiled politician and G40 acolyte Saviour Kasukuwere, who unfortunately could not be her ‘saviour’ in this material time.

The immigration officers seized his passport and Zimbabwean identity card and took him to the Harare Remand Prison pending his deportation.

Song said his freedom, interests, and legitimate expectations have been affected by the conduct of the immigration officials.
