Ticketgate scandal: Dynamos creates artificial shortage against Platinum
The much hyped match between Dynamos and FC Platinum has been marred by access issues as football lovers were harrased at entrance points amid revelations that an artificial shortage of tickets was created for the benefit of security personnel.
‘It’s simple, they faked this so that they pocket the cash. They have done it before in high profile matches and it’s a clear scheme of milking money,” said a source.
Sources say the individuals manning the gates are capitalising and pocketing loads of money.
When Express Mail Zim team arrived at the National Sports Stadium for the match, they were given 2019 tickets raising suspicion that there is a syndicate of individuals fleecing the gate takings.
