Sikhala remain caged as State presses fresh charges

Harare:THE State has pressed an additional charge to Zengeza West Legislator Job Sikhala using the same facts from his current charge, Express Mail Zim has learnt.

Sikhala is currently detained at CID Law and Order in the capital.

Her lawyer Beatrice Mtetwa argued that the State is trying to split facts and find a loophole on one of the charges in a development that has been described as a “travesty of justice “.
