HARARE: A new platform,TX Money Transfer promising a new value proposition based on reliability, transparency and efficiency has been launched today by BARD Partner Incorporated,a leading financial intermediary firm specializing in asset management, corporate finance and wealth management.

TX Money Transfer said at the launch today that it is aiming to improve service in the sector , including transparency on charges to avoid hidden costs and promote collaboration to remove process chokeholds from the sector that has taken a toll on clients who find it easy to send money, but hard to receive it due to bottlenecks at the end of the value chain.

The company says that in business, bottlenecks occur when a process is inefficient or time- consuming, causing delays in the key workflows and inconveniences to customers.

TX Money Transfer , Executive Director,Tatenda Hungwe said that BARD Sandtner Incorporated was established in Zimbabwe on 1 February ,2022 to deliver exceptional financial services across various areas including advisory, asset management, wealth management, treasury services and now remittances.

He said that their reach extends beyond Zimbabwe to neighbouring countries like Botswana, South Africa, Zambia and to other distant locations such as Mauritius, United Kingdom and the United States of America (USA).

She said that TX Money Transfer is addressing the issue by concentrating on the challenges faced by receivers throughout the value chain. She added that the challenges will be mitigated through partnerships with other remittance providers, assisting in their disbursements as part of the value chain. The company also says that collaborations will facilitate economies of scale, streamline processes and consolidate efforts.
