Updated: CCC fields two candidates for Byo by-elections in the face of Tshabangu ‘bloodbath’

Harare – CONTRARY to initial reports CCC senior official and deputy national spokesperson Ostallos Siziba has filed papers as an independent for Pelandaba-Tshabalala in a bid to avoid a possible second recall by Sengezo Tshabangu, ahead of the by-elections in 6 constituencies to be held on February 3, it has emerged that there is actually a double candidature scenario.
Four candidates will vie for the Pelandaba Tshabalala seat in by-elections on February 3 2024. CCC has double candidates – Gift Ostallos Siziba and Moreblessing Tembo. DOP and Zanu PF also fielding candidates
The intial report had painted a picture that CCC eere bent on maintaining personal hegemony ignoring the movement.
Ostallos is one of leader Nelson Chamisa ‘s blue eyed boys.
