Harare- The Zimbabwe political landscape is like a ‘house of cards’!

LOVE rat politician Kembo Dugish Campbell Mohadi has made a dramatic comeback and was sworn in as Zimbabwe Vice President on Friday morning.

He resigned on March 1 2021, due to a sex scandal that had overwhelming evidence.

He briefly served as the Minister of Defence, Security and War Veterans in 2017 before his elevation.

Mohadi’ s shenanigans that forced him to resign are well documented on leaked audios that were exposed by leading online publication Zim Live.

His resignation did not however affect his benefits and full perks- it was literally a ‘facade’ and government public relations move after the humiliating expose’ reminiscent of the famous Clinton-Lewinsky scandal of 1998.

Mohadi is also a businessman of repute with interests in ciggarates, haulage trucks, car warehouse among other ventures mainly centred in Beitbridge where he is the ‘kingpin’.

His appointment reinforces the tribal balance in the presidium.

Also sworn in was Vice President Constantino Guvheya Chiwenga a Zezuru who hails from Wedza.

Zimbabwe has at least 16 official languages and the president is a Karanga while the newly appointed VP is Venda hence striking a tribal balance in the presidium.

Defence minister Oppah Muchinguri is a Manyika who hails from Manicaland and is the first woman to hold such portfolio since attainment of independence.
