Harare- PRESIDENTIAL aspirant Saviour Kasukuwere has been barred Wednesday from contesting in the August 23 Harmonised elections on basis that he violated the constitution and electoral act .
He has been absent from the country for over 18 months rendering him an illegible registered voter .
