Re-gendering God: Uebert Angel tells off Church of England

United Kingdom – AMBASSADOR Uebert Angel has taken a swipe at the Church of England for it’s consideration on re-gendering God, Express Mail Zim can report.

The re-gendering would mean the church would stop reffering to God as “he” and adopt “gender -neutral’ terms.

Angel waded in and spit venom at the church saying “they must shut up when the Bible is talking.”

“It’s not difficult to just stick to what the Bible says.
” God is a HE that’s simple , they should just learn one thing that is to shut up ,when the Bible is talking,” submitted Angel Monday on his official Twitter handle.

He further castigated the church’s proposal and said their proposal was leading England into a Secular Society.

“The church of England needs a lot of help and has led to England be a Secular Society.
“It has let down Christians so so many times that is now unforgivable,” he tweeted.

The wealthy and charismatic clergyman is known for being outspoken and candid on issues that are bent on leading Christians astray.

He is the founder of Spirit Embassy and Good News church which boasts of footprints across the globe and lately his son Uebert Jnr is being groomed to fit in his father’s ‘Godzilla’ shoes.

At the age f 19, UJ commands more than 40 000 followers on Instagram and more than 20 000 on Twitter.

He is already addressing thousands of congregants in mega-churches around the world.

Last week, the church of England said it would launch a commission on the matter and await approval by Synod, their highest decision-making body.

If it sails through, it would mean the Lord’s Prayer might be edited since it uses the term “Our Father” in the first sentence.
