Watch: Joy , jubilation @ Mbare Musika as Zebra Kiss resume operations
Harare- AN electric atmosphere engulfed Mbare Musika bus terminus Friday morning when a Zebra Kiss drove into the ‘rank’ after almost a fortnight off the road due to suspension of their operators licence.
Government lifted the suspension Thursday after Zebra Kiss implemented corrective measures that satisfied road authorities in line with road and traffic safety regulations.
Hordes of people were whistling,dancing and ululating as a Zebra Kiss coach slowly drove into the terminus in a fashion that resembles a ‘hero’s welcome’
The other operator Rimbi Travel and Tours who were also slapped with a suspension, took the legal route and sued government and prayed that the suspension be reversed.
However, information received by Express Mail Zim Thursday night point out that like the ‘prodigal son’ , reality dawned on Rimbi owner Decide Rimbi and he withdrew the lawsuit.
