Muvevi arrest exenorate wrongly accused murder suspect

Harare- SUSPECTED multiple murderer Jaison Muvevi’s arrest came as a blessing to a Harare man Nyasha Eusen who was languishing in remand prison as a murder suspect of one Nyarai Round who infact was shot dead by Muvevi according to police investigations, Express Mail Zim can report.

The State withdrew charges against Eusen before plea and he is expected to appear in court Wednesday as a star witness in Muvevi’s first charge.

Circumstances surrounding Eusen ‘s arrest were not availed but it appears it was a case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time when the crime was committed.

The court heard that on November 19 , Eusen was in the company of the slain Round when Muvevi and two accomplices came through .

Muvevi shot Round on the head “for no apparent reason” and he forced Eusen into his infamous Toyota Allion vehicle and drove to Chitungwiza where Eusen later escaped.

Muvevi accidentally shot himself.

X-Ray results found in the Allion gave him away and he was using the same firearm that he used in the Wedza triple murder.
