Former HCC boss Marara set for comeback

Harare- FORMER Harare- City Council human capital director Matthew Marara is set for a comeback, Express Mail Zim has learnt.

Marara resigned after being implicated in the illegal sale of 150 stands in Kuwadzana with irregularities in the approval of plans and production of fraudulent layout plans depriving council of US$1 141 779.

“Marara is his strong links with the mayor (Jacob Mafume) and is bouncing back in January, ” said our source.

Marara could not be reached for comment at the time of writing.
