Winky D has become a ‘choir master’

Harare – CELEBRATED dancehall sensation Wallace Chimuriiko better known by his moniker Winky D is a darling of fans!
He has become so darling that his pay day doesn’t need much effort as he literally lets the fans do the singing.
Besides his out of this world apparel, he put up a stellar performance as has become his habit.
At the Castle Lager Braai Festival held Saturday, Winky D pulled an old track from his large discography and dropped a track titled “Green like me garden” that he released a decade ago.
He only spit out one verse and the rest was for his legion of fans to sing, rendering him a “choir master’ status.
Revelers sang along!
The late Michael Jackson did the same feat at the ‘Live in Bucharest’ concert which attracted people from all walks of life.
The ‘choir master ‘ without a choir was backed by the Vigilance band who coordinated well on instrument management and their sound was top notch and near flawless.
The venue was packed to the brim and Winky D ‘s energetic performance brought revelers into an ecstatic frenzy.
However, some menaces to society ‘harvested’ revelers’ mobile phones.
The security was also porous and the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listed company Delta was fleeced of thousands of dollars on gate takings.
Police details were working in a well orchestrated syndicate with bouncers where they smuggled people and charged them a quarter of the asking fee.
