Musarara mourns Kazembe daughter

Harare- ZANU PF Mazowe district coordinating committee chairperson Tafadzwa Musarara has joined hundreds of people in the province to mourn the death of Home Affairs minister Kazembe Kazembe’s daughter Charlene who passed on Wednesday.

In a passionate condolence message, Musarara comforted Kazembe and urged him to be strong in the face of such a difficult moment.
He emphasized that it is painful for parents to bury their children.

“Mazowe mourns the untimely death of Charlene Kazembe, daughter of our provincial party chairman Hon K. Kazembe. Once again death has taken a promising young life dearly loved by her family and all those who knew her,” Musarara said.

“Whilst we appreciate that death will visit one and every of us, it is painful for parents to bury their children. We pray for the Almighty to give the family strength at the sad time of bereavement. On behalf of the revolutionary party leadership and members of Mazowe, we express our sincere condolences,” he added.

Kazembe and Musarara have famously contested each other for the Mashonaland Central chairmanship of Zanu PF and the Mazowe West legislative seat.

However in the spirit of Ubuntuism and sign of unity in the ruling party, Musarara put their political differences aside and offered him a ‘shoulder to lean on’ during the bereavement
